一、课程性质 1. Nature of the Courses

本平台课程为自研能力提升专题课程，不属于官方学校教材，不对应任何国家、地区公立教学大纲，不替代学校课堂教学，不作为升学、考试的唯一备考依据。ZMC2-ZMC6 为平台自研难度标签，不等于当地学校年级，仅作能力参考。

All lessons on this platform are self-developed skill-building courses. They are not official school textbooks, do not correspond to any national or regional public curriculum, do not replace school teaching, and are not the sole preparation material for admissions or exams. ZMC2–ZMC6 are the platform's own difficulty labels — not equivalent to local school grades — and serve as an ability reference only.

二、未成年人条款 2. Minors

本平台面向海外华人学童提供数学思维学习内容，学员为未成年人时，账号注册、订阅付费及学员个人信息的提供均由其家长（监护人）完成或授权。未满 14 周岁学员的个人信息属于敏感个人信息，平台仅在为提供课程与学习报告所必需的范围内处理，并依监护人授权进行；监护人可随时通过官方邮箱（support@zmathclass.com）要求查阅、更正或删除学员个人信息。平台不向未成年人推送商业营销信息，不向未成年人单独收集个人信息。

This platform provides math-thinking learning content for children of overseas Chinese families. Where a learner is a minor, account registration, subscription payment, and the provision of the learner's personal information must be completed or authorized by a parent (guardian). Personal information of learners under 14 is sensitive personal information; the platform processes it only to the extent necessary for providing courses and learning reports, under guardian authorization. Guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the learner's personal information at any time via the official mailbox (support@zmathclass.com). The platform does not push commercial marketing to minors, nor collect personal information from minors alone.

三、培训边界 3. Scope Boundary

本平台不提供 K12 学科类校外培训，不面向义务教育阶段学生提供应试补课；全部内容为数学思维拓展、能力训练资源。

The platform does not provide K12 subject-based after-school tutoring, nor exam-oriented cram schooling for compulsory-education students; all content is math-thinking enrichment and skill-training material.

四、付费订阅规则 4. Subscription & Payment

· 订阅为数字虚拟内容，一经解锁，按照当地适用法律执行退款政策；不同国家/地区消费者保护法规存在差异。
· 用户应当充分阅读套餐内容，确认自己需要的模块再下单；数字课程不支持无理由无条件退款。
· 人工答疑仅提供解题思路点拨；答疑有次数、时效限制，不保证 100% 解答全部提问。
· 免费体验课（每级 5 课）免费开放；全部套餐为订阅制（月付/年付），不提供永久买断；人工答疑包含在「单级订阅 · 含人工答疑」档内，不单独售卖。

· Subscriptions are digital content; once unlocked, refunds follow applicable local laws, which differ across countries/regions.
· Users should read plan details fully and confirm the modules they need before ordering; digital courses are not eligible for no-questions-asked refunds.
· Teacher Q&A offers guidance on problem-solving thinking. Q&A is limited in number and response time; we do not guarantee that every question will be answered.
· Free taster lessons (5 per level) are free of charge; all plans are subscription-based (monthly/yearly) with no lifetime buy-out. Teacher Q&A is included in the Level Plan + Q&A tier and is not sold separately.

五、用户承诺 5. User Commitments

· 仅用于个人家庭学习，禁止录屏、二次分发、倒卖课程资源；禁止商用传播。
· 未成年人使用，需要监护人知晓并同意，付费行为由监护人完成。

· For personal, family use only. Screen-recording, redistribution, or resale of course resources is prohibited; commercial use or distribution is prohibited.
· Minors may use the platform only with a guardian's knowledge and consent, and payment is completed by the guardian.

六、隐私与数据 6. Privacy & Data

遵守各地区隐私法规：中国大陆个人信息保护法、新加坡 PDPA、美国 CCPA、加拿大 PIPEDA 等。不会向第三方出售用户个人信息。

We comply with privacy laws across regions: PIPL (mainland China), PDPA (Singapore), CCPA (United States), PIPEDA (Canada), and others. We never sell users' personal information to third parties.

七、免责声明 7. Disclaimer

课程仅供思维练习，学习效果取决于学习者练习、复习投入，平台不对考试分数、升学结果做任何承诺与保证。

Courses are for thinking practice only; learning outcomes depend on the learner's practice and review. The platform makes no promises or guarantees regarding exam scores or admissions results.

八、确认勾选 8. Confirmation Checkbox

注册/付费时需勾选确认：我已完整阅读并同意《服务条款》《隐私政策》，理解课程为自研思维拓展资源，不替代学校教学，理解付费订阅退款、虚拟数字产品相关规则；如为未成年人，已获得监护人知情同意。

At registration/payment you must check the box to confirm: I have fully read and agreed to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy; I understand the lessons are self-developed enrichment resources that do not replace school teaching; I understand the refund rules for paid subscriptions and digital products; and if the user is a minor, a guardian's informed consent has been obtained.

九、退款政策 9. Refund Policy

· 月付订阅：可随时在「我的账号」页自助取消（无需联系客服），取消后立即停止下一期扣费，当前已计费周期的权益保留至该周期结束，当前周期费用不予退还。
· 年付订阅：首次年付后 7 天内（且累计观看付费课程不超过 3 节）可联系官方邮箱申请全额退款；其他情形可联系我们，按未使用的完整月份协商折算退款。
· 用户所在国家/地区消费者保护法赋予的强制性退款权利不受本政策影响。
· 同一用户重复申请超出上述规则的退款，平台有权拒绝；因平台原因导致课程无法访问的，按比例退还。

· Monthly plans: you may cancel anytime, self-service on the My Account page (no need to contact support). Cancellation stops all future charges immediately; access continues to the end of the current paid period, and fees for the current period are non-refundable.
· Yearly plans: within 7 days of the first yearly payment (and fewer than 3 paid lessons viewed in total), you may request a full refund via the official mailbox. In other cases, contact us and we will negotiate a pro-rata refund for unused full months.
· Mandatory consumer-protection refund rights in the user's country/region are not affected.
· The platform may refuse repeated refund requests beyond the rules above; pro-rata refunds apply when courses become inaccessible due to platform failure.

十、责任限制 10. Limitation of Liability

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，平台对用户承担的全部赔偿责任（无论因何原因、何种诉求）以该用户过去 12 个月内向平台实际支付的费用总额为上限；平台不对任何间接损失、机会损失或时间成本承担责任。法律强制性规定另有要求的除外。

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform's total aggregate liability to any user (regardless of the cause or nature of the claim) shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by that user to the platform in the preceding 12 months. The platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Mandatory statutory provisions prevail where applicable.

十一、争议解决与管辖 11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

· 本声明及用户与平台之间的关系，受美国怀俄明州（Wyoming, USA）法律管辖，不适用其法律冲突规范。
· 发生争议时，双方应先友好协商不少于 30 天；协商不成的，提交怀俄明州境内有管辖权的州法院或联邦法院专属管辖。
· 在适用法律允许的最大范围内，双方同意不进行集体诉讼（class action waiver）。
· 用户所在地强制性消费者保护法赋予的权利（包括本地法院管辖权等）不受上述约定影响。

· These Terms and the relationship between the user and the platform are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
· Disputes shall first be negotiated in good faith for no less than 30 days; failing resolution, they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
· To the maximum extent permitted by law, the parties waive participation in class actions.
· Mandatory consumer-protection rights in the user's jurisdiction (including local forum rights) are not affected.
